Alton Raymond Fowler, age 80 of Tennessee Ridge, TN, passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at his residence while surrounded by his loving family.
A Celebration of Life Service was held at 9:00 a.m. Friday, July 12, 2024 at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Spurgeon and Bro. Paul McKinney officiating. Burial followed at 12:00 p.m. at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West with full military honors.
The Fowler family received friends on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and again from 8:00 a.m. until the hour of service Friday morning at the funeral home.
Alton entered this life on March 6, 1944 in Spartanburg, SC, son to the late Carl Edward Fowler and Nellie Barnett Fowler.
Survivors include his loving wife Sheila Taylor Fowler; children: Brian Fort, Carl (Stacy) Fowler, Ray (Angie) Fowler, Missy Waddle; four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
